I have known Ryan for close to a decade and he has worked on many projects for my family and me. Again he is a great guy and a wonderful family man. Through the 14 years I have known Ryan I have seen how he treats others with love, respect and kindness. He started a tiling business that grew to a multi million dollar business, which is nice but not as important as the character of this wonderful human. He is a loving husband, father and son. He has always been there to help his mother and myself when we are in need. This guy is a class act!
From the very first day he has come into our lives he has been the best blessing through and through. Every day he leads not only a company with unbelievable talent qualities but integrity to do everything with full honesty and wholeheartedly. He always leads by example with in the company as well as in his family. He has over and over been there to assist so many people from all kinds of struggles but personally he has helped me to always have faith, perseverance and determination to overcome every obstacle with unconditional love and understanding. I have had the blessing of knowing Ryan Patterson his whole life. He has been a great blessing to me as well as so many others. Teaching him and raising him from brilliant gifted dedicated hard working selfless loving kind compassionate boy into a man that blesses the lives of everyone he comes in contact with.
As a youth Ryan so enjoyed learning to to give and serve through being raised in a Church where loving and serving others is a daily component of living a Christ like life. Ryan so enjoyed scouting on every level from Cub Scouts through Boy Scouts where he achieved the rank of Eagle Scout.
An achievement that very young men accomplish. He learned the self discipline necessary combined with a very strong determination to achieve and bring others along with him on the journey.
Whether through scouting or team sports Ryan brought out the best in others and strived to always lead by example.
This pattern has carried forward into his family and professional life. Ryan has always willingly helped others who wanted to help themselves and make their lives better. At times this was challenging because there are those who wanted to manipulate and not be honest with others as Ryan trusted them. However, he has learned from those experiences and has himself surrounded by a team of people who are professional, dedicated, caring and take great pride in doing things the right way.
Ryan has built his company from the ground up with a determination and work ethic that inspires others to be their best.
He thrives in those situations where most would give up or make excuses for falling g short but not Ryan. He out works out studies the possibilities and choose the “harder right instead of the easier wrong”.

Ryan is a kind, hardworking, and deeply devoted family man who has always been there for those he loves. Ryan is not only a wonderful brother but also a loving and supportive husband to Rebecca and a loving father. His family means everything to him, and I know that being home to care for them, especially as they welcome their baby, is his top priority.
Throughout his life, Ryan has shown resilience, personal growth, and a willingness to take responsibility for his actions. He is someone who learns from challenges and uses them as opportunities to better himself. I have no doubt that, given the chance, he will continue to move forward in a positive direction. Ryan Patterson is a born leader with a caring heart. He is able to move forward with determination, intelligence and drive, while always considering the welfare of those he works with and those he loves. He works very hard to provide for his family – his lovely wife, 4 children and a baby on the way – and keeps them his top priority. He is laser focused when it comes to business and the creation of beautiful homes, but it is tempered with making time to attend his children’s softball and flag football games and carrying his one year old daughter in his arms. My name is David L Patterson. I am blessed to have known Ryan Patterson all his life. He is my nephew – I am his uncle. I want to state that while I am related to Ryan, my feelings and impressions of him have been made by personal observations and personal experiences – not because of merely being related to him.
It became apparent to me that Ryan, from a very young age, was different than most young people I have known. I have worked with youth in many capacities. I am very active in my church and religious beliefs, and consequently, I have had multiple opportunities to observe and rub shoulders with many youth. In addition, I have been privileged to coach baseball at various levels from little league to high school for 10 years. So with that said, Ryan is the best of the best. He is a hard worker at everything he tackles. I love his work ethic and drive for excellence. He is self motivated and a team player. His word is his bond. When he says he is going to do something, he gets it done! He is respectful of others and often reaches out to others to volunteer his time and talents to help others in many capacities. He has done much to help his parents and siblings and pulled them through many difficult situations.
I was a practicing attorney in the state of Utah for 32 years. I spent the last 11 years working in the Washington County Attorney’s Office as their lead civil attorney. I have had the opportunity to represent and help many people who were going through many very difficult and challenging times. I believe that this uniquely puts me in a position to recognize various character traits of people who are dealing with difficult challenges. In my opinion, Ryan has handled this legal challenge in an outstanding way. He has been positive and has not shied away from the position he is currently facing. I am urging those that will make decisions regarding the time and manner in which Ryan will serve his sentence that leniency and mercy will be extended to him. He will do everything in his power to make this right and will not disappoint those who give him the opportunity to help and lift others and make a positive contribution to the community. I know this because he works hard and keeps his promises. Ryan is a great person and will be a wonderful model to others.

Ryan’s story is one of rags to riches. Through hard work and diligence, he has created a very successful home building company. In that very difficult and competitive industry, he is considered a very honest and trustworthy person. In addition, he is a loving husband and father to his children. In fact, he and his wife are expecting a new addition to the family in just a few months. If there is any lenience allowed to give Ryan the time to be with his family during the birth of their new baby, that would be an incredible act of mercy. I believe that any mistakes that Ryan made in the past were unintentional, and as someone like Ryan, who came from a difficult childhood himself, understands how to learn his lessons, pick himself up and continue to do the next right thing.
I’ve known Ryan since he was a teenager. I have personally seen the lives that he has affected in a positive way more so than most people I’ve known throughout my sixty years of life. I watched him grow a company out of the back of his pick up truck into one of the largest premier builders in the state of Arizona. It wasn’t handed to him…he earned it the old fashion way…he earned it by going the extra mile, hard work and following thru with his word. Add to this… Ryan’s genuine care for the people that are around him….The people that worked with him, he helped mirror in his image to eventually go on to own their own business and thrive…to Ryan driving across country, hauling food and supplies to people on the other side of the United States out of his own pocket to help people in time of need when diaster hit. I’ve seen him also take in troubled kids into his business and build them to beat positive in life (The list goes on and on). In short…there’s so much good in Ryan and what he does for society that the sooner we could get him back out there doing what he does best, the better the world will be.
It blesses my heart to speak about the kindness of Ryan Patterson. A choosen one by God to be of a blessing to others. I have witness how Ryan has blessed many in the community and not only in a work related situation but also in a personal and professional manner. He has a heart to help others succeed or advance during any situation while he experiences his own struggles. I admire his courage and willingness to always help others achieve goals and dreams.
