I am writing this testimonial on behalf of my dear friend, Ryan Patterson, who I believe embodies the true meaning of compassion, integrity, and dedication. I have had the privilege of knowing Ryan for over a decade, and during this time, I have witnessed firsthand the remarkable man he is—a loving husband, a caring father, and a mentor to many.

I firmly believe that Ryan’s unjust incarceration does not reflect the person he is or the positive impact he has on his loved ones and community. His absence is deeply felt, and the emotional toll it has taken on his family is immeasurable. It is hard to quantify the ripple effect of love and support that he provides, not just to his family but to everyone who knows him.

I respectfully urge the court to consider Ryan’s character, contributions, and the overwhelming support he has in his community when deliberating his case and early release. Even more importantly, that his amazing wife is about to give birth to their child in which I petition and kindly ask for Ryan to be let out and put on house arrest so he could be with his wife when they give birth to their child. He is a man deserving of a second chance, and I am confident that he will continue to be a source of inspiration and strength to those around him.

Ryan Patterson has been one of the most inspirational and influential people to me. I met him 5 years ago when I was hired to work for him. From the first day, he showed me kindness and encouragement as I was learning the business of construction. He’s a brilliant young man who continues to inspire those who know him best. During one of the most challenging periods of my life, when the weight of the world felt unbearable, I had the fortune of having a friend like Ryan by my side. It was a time marked by uncertainty and emotional turmoil, as I navigated through a significant personal crisis that left me feeling isolated and overwhelmed.

Ryan had always been the kind of person who radiated warmth and positivity, but it was during this tough time that his true character shone through. He made it his mission to check on me daily, offering a listening ear and a comforting presence. Whether it was a simple text message asking how I was doing or a motivational Instagram post, his efforts made a profound difference.

One evening, as I sat on my couch, I received a text from Ryan and his wife Rebecca regarding an opportunity to come work for them where they had created a company that values its employees and has an amazing work environment.

Ryans unwavering belief in me acted as a beacon of hope. He never pushed me to “get over it,” but rather stayed by my side, and offered a hand up to help get me going in a direction where I could put my family in a better spot financially and where I could regain my mental clarity to be the man I know I can be.

Looking back, I realize that Ryans kindness and support were pivotal in my journey. He taught me the importance of friendship and the power of showing up for someone in need. His selflessness reminded me that even in our hardest times, we don’t have to face challenges alone. Ryan didn’t just help me get through that difficult phase; he helped me rediscover my strength and reaffirmed the value of genuine connection. For that, I will be forever grateful.

Ryan Patterson is a great man and an asset to this community. He is a great family man that is wholly vested in his wife and family, and is a great example to others of what it means to be a great husband and father. In addition he is also a leader in the industry, active in the community, and a man of faith that has used his position to better the community and the lives of those around him.
