The morning started out dark, hazy, cloudy, breezy and cool. The lower atmosphere was hazy. cloudy over the Sierras, the crescent moon was over the Western horizon. The dawn sky was on display with beautiful colors peeking over the Sierras, red band of haze, the clouds were dark gray on the bottom side while the topside was peach color. Th autonomous car company was testing a vehicle. The rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, while Labrona and family were grazing by the fence near the basketball court. As the morning progressed, the sky brightened and analogous colors radiated out of the suns path: red, orange, yellow, light green, light blue and blue sky. The squirrels appeared after breakfast and were scurrying around begging for food from the inmates. As the sun rise over the Sierras, the reddish sphere illuminated the outline of the Sierras and burnt up some of the clouds, droplets of rain was falling from the clouds, beautiful sun rise. Walked 3 miles and ran the final three miles. Completed 6 miles at 7:40 AM, ran the final three miles in 29 minutes and 1 second. Average running times were: 9 minutes 41 seconds per mile or 1 minutes and 37 seconds per lap. The pace was fast as I was sweating and had to walk extra laps to catch my breath and to cool down. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the basketball court until 8:50 AM. The yoga practice felt good after walking and running and I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized the beautiful dawn sky and the spectacular sun rise. Opened my eyes to the blue sky with white clouds. Counselor Reyes told me we might have a self surrender tomorrow. Cleaned the computer room. Checked email from Doris: Doris is well and rested. She walked 8714 steps, 16.9 inches step length and symmetry was 76%. Yesterday was the 258th consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone.
