5/19/2024 Sunday daily diary from Atwater Camp.
Woke up at 5:30 AM. Made up my bed, cleaned up, changed to BOP uniform and made a cup of coffee. Stretched, drank my coffee and watched the local news and weather report, high temperature for today is 83 degrees F. Started walking at 6:00 AM. Breakfast was served at 6:30 AM. Breakfast menu: Grits, cake, an apple and water (Semola de maize, torta, manzana y agua).

The morning started out bright, slight breeze, clear and cool.. The beautiful dawn sky was on display with colors radiating out from the suns path: red, orange. yellow. light blue and blue sky. The lower atmosphere was hazy because of the smog but it displayed the beautiful colors. As the sun rise, the golden sphere brightened the sky and warmed the air. Th rabbits and squirrels were no where in sight. They are probably in church. As the morning progressed, Labrona and her juvenile rabbits appeared outside the fence,, then more rabbits came out to graze on the baseball field an squirrels started running around the camp. Completed walking 6 miles at 7:30 AM, in 1 hour 13 minutes and 28 seconds. The average walking times were: 12 minutes 9 seconds per mile or 2 minutes and 2 seconds per lap. The pace was very fast and I sweated. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga in the basketball court in the morning sunshine until 8:30 AM. Attended Advanced Spanish class form 8:30 – 9:30 AM. This was a conversational Spanish class. Lunch was served at 9:30 AM. Luncheon menu: scrambled eggs, French toast with syrup, fries, an apple and water. Talked to Doris at 9:50 AM: Doris is well but not too rested. Sim and Steve called to check on us. It was sunny but windy in the Bay Area. She will try to walk outside because her step length and symmetry improves when she walks outside. Solano county library called about my Math tutoring. She will stop he bouquet design and concentrate on merchandise for her gift shows. I told her I already walked 6 miles, practiced Yoga, attended Spanish class and Had my lunch. I will attend and host ACE Classes tonight and work on my ACE class Report. Took a shower and changed to casual clothes at 10:20 AM. Checked email from Doris: Doris is well but did not sleep too well. She walked 8571 steps, 16.3 Inches step length, 71% symmetry. Yesterday was the 118th consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. She will work on her new design for her shows. She liked my ACE Class report and hope history do not repeat itself. I had a nap. Went to library to work on my ACE class Reports. (El manana es brilliante, poco briza, claro y fresco. Estiro partir, practico Yoga en basquetbol corte en luz del sol hasta las ocho y media. Atende Espanol clase a las ocho y media hast nueve y media. Este clase es espanol conversacion. Almuerzo servir a las nueve y media. Almuerzo menu: huevos revultos, tostar con jarabe, papas fritas, manzana y agua. Hablo con Doris a las nueve cincuenta: Doris es bien pero no descano. Mi amigo Steve y espousa Sim llamada Doris noche pasada a verificar nosostros. Es soleado pero vintoso in Bahia Area. Ella camina afuera porque ella paso largo y simeteria mejorar cuando ella camina afuera. Solano Condado biblioteca llamadar Doris que pergunta sobre Mathametico ensenar. Ella parar desenar flores ramo y concentrato hacer mercancia pro mostrar. Yo digo ella, ya camina seis milla, practica Yoga, asistir Espanol clases y comer almuerzo. Yo ocupado asistir y ensenar ACE clases y escribo ACE Clase informe esta noche. Ducharse, ponerse a ropa casual a las diez veinte. Verificar correo electronico por Doris: Doris muy Bien porque no descano. Ella camina ocho mil quinentos satenta y uno pasos, dieciseis punto tres pulgadas paso largo, simeteria ea satenta y uno por ciento.
