The morning started out dark but cool, in the 50’s. Labrona was grazing by the basketball court, her juvenile were still sleeping. As the dawn sky emerged, the dark analogous colors radiated out from the sun’s path, the colors range were: brown, red, orange, yellow, light blue, blue and dark blue sky. The beautiful display of colors turned to lighter shade colors including sea foam green and then to Pastel colors. Labrona’s juvenile rabbits joined her as the other rabbits left the field. As the sun emerged over the Sierras, the big golden sphere lit up the sky, just clear blue sky without any clouds and it warmed up the air. Completed walking 5.5 miles and jogged the final half mile at 7:50 AM, in 1 hour 9 minutes and 4 seconds. Average walking times were: 11 minutes 31 seconds per mile ( milla) or 1 minute and 56 seconds per lap (vuelta). The morning walk ad jog was at a fast pace as I worked up a sweat, a good feeling. Stretched and split stretched at the basketball court until 8:20 AM, in the warm morning sunshine. Cleaned the computer room and check email from Doris: Doris is well, she slept well after walking 7811 Steps, 14.10 Inches step length and 86% symmetry. She will go shopping with Diana today, hopefully they have time to stop by Home Depot for plants. She will get some money from the bank for Saturday’s visitation.
