The morning started out dark, hazy, sparse clouds and cool – 48 degrees F. Th lower atmosphere was hazy, sparse wind blown clouds in the path of the sun and light breeze made the temperature cooler. The autonomous car company had their facility and flood lights turned on and they were maintaining their equipment. Rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, while Labrona and family were grazing by the fence near the soccer field. The beautiful dawn sky was on display; band of red haze; analogous colors outside of the suns path: red, orange, yellow, seafoam green and light blue sky; clouds near the sun was peach color with golden edges; further North of the clearing was a big patch of seafoam green sky. Breakfast was served early and no wildlife appeared, so the inmates left their food on the ground and on the basketball court. I walked on the soccer field trail. The birds appeared before the sun rise and they feasted on the food left by the inmates and foraged in the fields. As the sun rise over the Sierras, the sun was shielded by the clouds in its path but it illuminated the Sierras and clearing North of the Sierras was filled with seafoam green color. There were no inmates on the trail until I completed my walk and jog. Completed walking 2 miles and jogged the final 4 miles at 7:40 AM, in 1 hour 10 minutes and 54 seconds. Average walking times were: 11 minutes and 49 seconds per mile or 1 minutes and 58 seconds per lap. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the basketball court until 9:00 AM. The stretch and Yoga practice felt good after the morning walk. I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Completed my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized the beautiful dawn sky and the colorful sun rise. Opened my eyes to the sunny blue sky with some sparse clouds. Talked to Doris at 9:00 AM: Doris is well but had an asthma attack last night. She walked 9321 steps, 16.2 inches step length and symmetry was 7.5%.
