The morning started out dark, hazy, breezy and cold – 36 degrees F. The lower atmosphere was hazy, sparse clouds and the breeze made the temperature colder. The autonomous car company had their facility and flood lights turned on and they were not testing their vehicles. The rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, while Labrona were grazing by the fence near the soccer field. The dawn sky was on display: band of orange reddish haze, analogous colors peeking over the Sierras and the half moon in mid sky. No wildlife appeared after breakfast, so the inmates left their food on the ground and on the basketball court. As the sun rise over the Sierras, the big orange reddish sphere changed colors as it ascended through the haze from red, orange to yellow and bright yellow, it brightened the sky and warmed the air. The birds appeared around 7:10 AM and they feasted on the food left by the inmates and foraged in the fields. I walked the trails on the soccer and baseball fields. Completed walking 6 miles at 7:50 AM, in 1 hour 14 minutes and 20 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 24 seconds per mile or 2 minutes and 4 seconds per lap. The four predator dogs appeared and they were hunting for rabbits and squirrels, West of the soccer field. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the basketball court until 9:00 AM. The stretch and Yoga practice felt good after the cold morning walk. I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized the beautiful dawn sky and spectacular sun rise. Opened my eyes to the blue sky and the 1/2 moon in mid sky. Talked to Doris at 9:00 AM: Doris is well and rested. She had a good visitation yesterday. It was cold in Pinole and the dogs are resting under the van. Doris commented that she saw the moon in mid sky yesterday. GSW won their game against the Chicago Bulls, it was Jimmy Butler’s debut. She will work on my Release Plan and hope to have it completed today. I told her I will work on my book reports and watch some Super Bowl today. Checked email from Doris: Doris is well. Krystal’s wedding went well in Melbourne. The family asked about us and sent their regards. She walked 9426 steps, 17.4 inches step length and symmetry was 7.4%. Yesterday was the 371st consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. Submitted my book Report on Custom Tuned Materials. Census count at 10:00 AM. Lunch was served after the count. Luncheon menu: pizza, chicken wings, carrots, pecan pie, fries and water. They also gave us a package for dinner: bread, peanut butter, jelly, sun flower seed and cookies. Went to library to work on my book and class reports. Showered and changed to casual clothes at 12:00 PM. The predator dogs were chasing a rabbit across the soccer and baseball fields. Had a short snap. Refilled printer labels for printer. Worked on my Book Report. Census count at 3:30 PM. Watched the Super Bowl football game. AAPI had a sushi and pork burrito party. Census count at 7:00 PM. Census count at 8:00 PM. Cleaned up at 9:00 PM. Final Census count at 9:30 PM. Went to bed at 10:00 PM.
