The morning started out dark, cloudy, breezy, hazy and cold – 35 degrees F. The lower atmosphere was clear except for clouds in the Eastern horizon and the strong breeze was blowing it Southwards making the temperature colder. The clouds were blowing from Northern towards the Southern Sierras. The autonomous car company had their facility and flood lights turned on but they were not testing their vehicles. The rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, while Labrona and family were grazing by the fence near the soccer field. The dawn sky was on display. Reddish orange band of haze and analogous colors radiated out of the suns path. But the clouds were moving in. No Wildlife appeared after breakfast, so the inmates left their food on the ground and on the basketball court. The fast moving clouds moved in and the sun rise was shielded by the clouds. The birds appeared around 7:10 AM and they feasted on the food left by the inmates and foraged on the fields. I walked the trails on the soccer and baseball fields. The sun finally cleared the clouds and it brightened the sky and warmed the air. Completed walking 6 miles at 7:40 AM, in 1 hour 14 minutes and 24 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 24 seconds per mile of 2 minutes and 4 seconds per lap. The four predator dogs appeared and they were hunting for rabbits outside the fence West of the soccer field. Rabbits were running for their lives. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the basketball court in the morning sunshine until 8:50 AM. The stretch and Yoga practice felt good after the cold morning walk. I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. More clouds rolled in and it shielded the sun. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized the beautiful dawn sky. Opened my eyes to the cloudy sky. The predator dogs were by the fence near Labrona and family’s hideout. They were digging in the area for a while. Hope Labrona and family are okay. Talked to Doris at 9:00 AM: Doris and Christina are on their way. ETA is 10:30 – 11:00 AM. Showered and changed to BOP uniform at 9:15 AM. Ate some Thai noodle for lunch. Lunch was served at 9:30 AM and I gave my lunch to Hank. Checked email from Doris: Doris is well and rested. She walked 9351 steps, 17.3 inches step length and symmetry was 7.5%. Yesterday was the 370th consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. She is visiting me today and ETA is 10:30 – 11:00 AM. Census count at 10:00 AM. The four dogs were still digging around Labrona’s hideout. Had a short nap. Doris arrived at the visitation center at 11:00 AM: Doris is well and rested. Christina drove her to Atwater. We had Dr Pepper, Potatoe chips, Hershey chocolate bar and water for snacks. She was updating my release plan and she is almost completed the update. She is waiting for my book, class reports and pictures which I mailed to her to complete the update. I will be signing my Half Way House documents next week and will notify her when I sign them. She will have to pay Geok for the Ang Pow that she gave on our behalf to Krystal and Mariam via PayPal. She liked my book report on Animals that Changed Humanity. She said that animals also know how to manipulate us to do things for them. She is scheduling an appointment with Dr Yang for her knee. Dr Yang has a new office in Albany. The Albany location is closer to Pinole. She asked Kein and Diana to remove their fabric from our garage. After today’s visitation, we will have 5 more visits before I leave for Half Way House on 4/22/2025. Christina wanted to pick me up for the Half Way house but she will be in Jamaica after Easter 4/20/2025. So we will stick to Pamela to pick me up on 4/22/2025. We had a very good visitation. She left at 2:40 PM. Census count at 3:30 PM. Dinner was served after the count. Dinner menu: chicken breast sandwich, potatoes salad, green beans, salad and water. Worked on my book report.
