The morning started out dark, cloudy, breezy and cool – 50 degrees F. The lower atmosphere was overcast except for clearing in the mid sky and the Western horizon. The autonomous car company had their facility and flood lights turned on but they were not testing their vehicles. The rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields while Labrona and family were grazing by the fence near the soccer field. Breakfast was served early and no wildlife appeared, so the inmates left their food on the ground and on the basketball court. As the sky brightened all I could see was varying cloud formations with different shades of gray and clearing in the mid sky and in the Western sky was slowly growing. The trails were wet and muddy so I walked on the soccer field. As the morning progressed the clearing in mid sky turned to blue sky and similarly in the Western horizon. The birds appeared at 7:10 AM and they feasted on the food left by the inmates and foraged in the fields. Completed walking 6 miles at 7:50 AM, in 1 hour 15 minutes and 3 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 31 seconds per mile or 2 minutes and 6 seconds per lap. Both the EBRR Classes were cancelled. The sun finally cleared the clouds, it brightened the sky and warmed the air. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the basketball court until 9:00 AM. The stretch and Yoga practice felt good after the morning walk. I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized the beautiful dawn sky and spectacular sun rise from yesterday. Opened my eyes to the sunny blue sky but more clouds were moving in from the West. The four predators dogs appeared and they were chasing and hunting for rabbits. The rabbits were running for their lives. Talked to Doris at 9:05 AM: Doris is well and rested. It was cold and foggy in Pinole. I told her I was working on my book report about domestication of animals that changed humanity. She will go to the bank. Christina will drive her to Atwater for visitation tomorrow. Cleaned the computer room. Showered and changed to BOP uniform at 9:30 AM. Lunch was served at 10:05 AM. Luncheon menu: fried fish sandwich, rice, beans, bread, apple and water. Checked email from Doris at 10:20 AM: Doris is well. She walked 9074 steps, 16.4 inches step length and symmetry was 7.4%. Yesterday was the 369th consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. Unfortunately. GSW lost their game last night to the Lakers. She will visit tomorrow and ETA is 10:30 – 11:00 AM. R & D delivered some uniforms and jackets to the sewing room: repaired uniforms and jackets, and put away uniforms. Had a short nap. GED tutoring 12:00 – 1:30 PM. GED class 1:30 – 2:30 PM. They replaced the old AAPI television with a newer 55 inches television, just in time for Super Bowl viewing. Dinner was served at 3:05 AM in a to go container. Dinner menu: casserole, salad, kale, bread and water. Census count at 3:30 PM. ACE Class Oxytocin Crisis 5:30 – 6:00 PM. Census count at 7:00 PM. Census count at 8:00 PM. Cleaned up at 9:00 PM. Final Census count at 9:30 PM. Went to bed at 10:00 PM.
