Woke up at 5:30 AM. Made up my bed, cleaned up, changed to BOP uniform and made a cup of coffee. Stretched, drank my coffee and watched the local news and weather report, high temperature for today is 69 degrees F. Started walking at 6:10 AM. Breakfast was served at 6:20 AM. Breakfast menu: Oatmeal, muffin, an apple and water.

The morning started out dark but cool, in the 50’s. The dawn sky slowly emerged. It was clear dark blue sky, the crescent moon was at 10 o’clock in the sky and analogous colors radiated out form the sun’s path: red, orange, yellow, cream, light blue, blue and dark blue. The rabbits were grazing on the field, Labrona and her juvenile rabbits were grazing by the basketball court. As the morning progressed the analogous colors became brighter and turned to pastel colors. As the sun emerged over the Sierras, it brightened the sky and warmed the air. The rabbits left the field but Labrona and the rabbits were still hanging out by the basketball court. Finished walking 6 miles at 7:50 AM, in 1 hour 11 minutes and 54 seconds. Average walking times were: 11 minutes 59 seconds per mile (milla) or 48 seconds per lap (vuelta). Stretched and split stretched until 8:20 AM in the morning sunshine. Attended Spanish lesson from 8:20 – 9:10 AM. Tried calling Doris but could not connect. Checked email from Doris: Doris is well and rested. She walked 7581 steps, step length was 15.3 inches and symmetry was 83%. Yesterday was her 75th consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. She will visit today and Norma is supposed to pick her up at 8:00 AM. She said not to worry about the household stuff and asked me to call her for ETA. Lunch was served at 9:30 AM. Luncheon menu: Sloppy Joe, fries, carrot, banana and water. Had nutty bar, an apple nd celery for snacks. Showered and changed to BOP uniform. Talked to Doris at 10:00 AM: Doris is well and they are on their way, they were passing through Tracy. Their ETA was 11:20 AM. I told her I will be waiting for her. Took a short nap. Doris arrived at the visitation room at 11:25 AM. Doris is well and had a good rest on the way here. She told me our bank account was blocked at Citibank because of garnishment by the Federal Government because of restitution. Thomas Johnson will talk to the US District Attorney to resolve this matter and advise Doris what she should do. I told her I am currently paying $58.80 per month towards my restitution since I have been at Atwater, Also it was stipulated in the judgement that I will pay 10% of my earning upon release to satisfy the restitution. Hopefully Thomas Johnson will work it out with the DA. The dogs are well and running around the backyard. Doris paid some one to put filter fabric and wood chips in the front yard, weed suppression. the tomato plants are coming along just fine. i told Doris I will talk with Mr Larsen on Tuesday about the 2nd Chance Act for elderly inmates, if approved I could spend 10% of my sentence in home confinement in addition to the one year in half way house. I will advise her of the result. Diana went to the chiropractor and it helped her, she will go there again on Tuesday. Norma and Doris will find out the Plaza building in Oakland and advise me. We had Dr. Pepper, Grape Soda, Cheddar cheese chips, potatoes skin chips, Hershey chocolate and Vegetable chips for snacks. The visitation was very good and Doris is handling the household together. Francis will probably stay until June 2024. Doris left the visitation room at 2:30 PM. CO Johnson was in charged of visitation today. MR Johnson is my Educational department boss, he replace Mrs Hubbard. I told her I will call her tonight. Census count at 3:30 PM. Dinner was served after the count. Dinner menu: Roast Beef steak, mashed potatoes with gravy,mixed vegetables and water. ACE classes Neuroscience 1, 5-6 PM (Hosting) and US history at 6:30 PM. Census count at 6:30 PM. Census count at 8:00 PM. Cleaned up at 9:00 PM. Final Census count at 9:30 PM. Went to bed at 10:00 PM.
