MY PERSONAL MISSION STATEMENT
Offer training and mentorship to formerly incarcerated individuals, creating a bridge for those transitioning into the next phase of their lives.
Creating an environment where individuals have a space to find their balance, direction, and to develop soft, translatable skills as well as providing them with the space to learn specific sustainable construction practices which will provide them with meaningful employment opportunities while contributing to environmentally responsible and sustainable communities.
Our training shall include the basics in soft skills such as EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE, LEADERSHIP AND BUDGETING
on to the more specific courses of SAFETY, SUSTIANALBILITLY PRACITICES AND PRINCIPLES, MANGAGMENT, COORDINATION, CONTRACT ADMIN.
In this way we will train a tribe of individuals on the same environmental vibe, empowering them to be effective sub-contractors or contractors in the more specific following ways:
-window installation
-natural shade solutions
-spray foam insulation installation
-principles of permaculture
-creating green garden rooves
-eco friendly renovations
-solar panel installation
-and so much more
My goal is to spend the first year of my freedom networking the final details of this vision and publishing the workbooks needed to implement the program. I have written 50 % thus far. Gratefully, I have an amazing partner.
