Once again, it has been some time since I have journaled. This place never gets any easier. What makes it more challenging than anything else are the people that I am surrounded by. Most of these guys don’t have a clue about life, or do they want to better themselves at all. All of these challenges are part of the perseverance that it takes to get through this. As rough as things get sometimes I just don’t give up. One little step at a time, I’m getting closer to the goals I have set for myself. That is to leave this place with two more college degrees, a financial base, and a few (in the works) business ideas. And that is exactly what I’m on target too have done.
Of course, there is more, like being healthy and strong mind. Everything takes some level of discipline, and before that it takes goals, realistic and achievable goals. Each day working through all of these things brings success. I think I am qualified to say that because I’m proving it can be done. I will be transferring soon and I will be on my final leg of this journey. I’m excited to be going to a better place. Not too much longer to go!
