Journal Entry

Today, I choose to surrender any urgency or desperation I may be feeling about my goals.
I live in trust and happiness in the present moment. I release attachment to outcomes and let go of the need to control. According to the Law of Paradoxical Intent, the more desperate we are to achieve a goal, the more that desperate energy repels it. I now choose to live joyfully and attract my goals and happiness through a sense of peace and faith.

I surrender attachment to results and find purpose in the pursuit itself. I move toward my goals not out of lack, but from a place of fullness and joy. I affirm that everything I do flows from a trusting, peaceful heart. As I release, I attract more. The happiness I cultivate today becomes a magnet for more good tomorrow. I choose joy and trust over striving and stress. With God, I am all that I need.

Every day, in every way, I am getting better and better. I choose to be more.

Today, I consciously choose to appreciate and experience the wonder and joy already present in my life.
I see value everywhere and feel deep, heartfelt gratitude for it all. My intention is to live in appreciation, acknowledging the blessings within and around me. I now filter my life through the lens of gratitude — noticing the beauty in small and big moments alike.

The universe responds powerfully to a grateful heart. As I recognize my eternal worth, my energy of appreciation draws more of the same into my life. I honor myself, my path, and my choices. I share my gratitude with the world, knowing that I deserve my own appreciation.

Every day, in every way, I am getting better and better. I choose to be more.

Today, I affirm and embrace my unconditional worthiness.
I am completely deserving of beautiful blessings — just as I am. My worth is not based on what I achieve, but who I am at my core. Seeing myself as deserving is vital for both happiness and abundance. If I doubt my worth, I move through life from fear. But when I know my worth is rooted in my divine identity, I open the door to miracles.

I am a Child of God. My value never changes. From this connection to Source, I create with purpose and radiate light. My profound value resonates deep within my soul. I am strong, present, and whole. I am a gift in this life.

Every day, in every way, I am getting better and better. I choose to be more.
