Today’s Response:
Every day I complete full page in my journal that lists what my daily faith-based reading taught me, what productive activites I did that day (prison job, programming, classes, reading, exercise workouts, etc.) and a prayer to close it all out. I also document, each day, every activity as it relates to the FSA credits, GCT credits, and other positive things I do on a calendar so that I can show and prove every single day in the broken “justice” system was spent with energy focused only those things that help me be successful upon re-entry into society!
