on box breathing
Ate breakfast
SAP class got canceled (unknown reason)
Morning yard got canceled
Wrote a letter to the Non-Violent
Communications non-profit to inquire about enrolling in their course
Listened to “The Present Moment” by Thich Nhat Hanh on Edovo
Worked out in my cell (leg day)
Called my wife during her lunch break
Started the “Becoming a Better Letter Writer” course on Edovo, writing fiction prompts (completed 3 scenarios)
Next: Go to work, call family, continue reading a book or finish drawings
