Journal Entry: Krishna P.-04/29/2025-Prepping for Prison

Journal Entry

5:30 a.m. — Wake, no snooze. Ten minutes of silent prayer to set intentions for the day.

5:45 a.m. — Cardio session: three‑mile run or 30 minutes on the rowing machine. I doubled my cardio two months ago so the habit will follow me inside without a hitch.

6:30 a.m. — Body‑weight circuit (push‑ups, planks, air squats) to keep strength up without fancy equipment.

7:00 a.m. — Quick breakfast, then open my journal. I write one page on yesterday’s wins, one page on what to tighten. Discipline in small things carries over to big things.

7:30 a.m. — Check Pre‑trial schedule; confirm next check‑in, upload location report, and answer any compliance messages. Zero room for slip‑ups.

8:00 a.m.–Noon — Graduate work on my AI capstone: debugging code, reading new papers, preparing for the May 2025 ceremony.

Noon — Simple lunch and ten minutes of mindfulness breathing to keep stress down.

12:30 p.m.–4:30 p.m. — Freelance model‑tuning for a client; focus timers set to 45‑minute work blocks, five‑minute breaks.

5:00 p.m. — Second journal touch: list any triggers or distractions that popped up and how I handled them. No bars, late‑night parties, or circles that could derail progress.

5:15 p.m. — Light strength session: resistance bands and core work—equipment I know I’ll have in a basic prison yard.

6:00 p.m. — Dinner, then family video calls or reading. Current book: a deep dive into reinforcement learning.

9:30 p.m. — Final scan of tomorrow’s to‑do list, short gratitude note, lights out by 10:00. Body sharp, mind steady, paperwork clean—step by step preparing for the next chapter.
