Got up at 5:20 AM. Cleaned up and had some strong coffee. Changed to BOP uniform, Made up my bed, and watched some morning news. Breakfast was served at 6:00 AM. Breakfast menu: Cereal, Muffins, banana, and hot water. Turn dirty laundry for washing. Watched the morning news until 7:30 AM. Felt drowsy from the effects of the 800 mg Ibuprofen.
Plan for today:
1) Help Chad with Laundry duties.
2) Read and book report.
3) Call Doris.
4) Walk 6 miles around the track.
7:30 – 10:30 AM, read at the library and alternatingly help Chad with the laundry duties. 10:30 AM Lunch, Menu: Chicken sandwich, mixed vegetables, apple, punch, and water. Continue reading and laundry duties from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Called Doris to inquire about her visit with D.r Jasmine Lee, I was glad she diagnosed her asthma and prescribed some medication and a nebulizer for her. She sounded better on the phone. I asked her about Michael Santos email, she told me she would look into it and will try to contact me. I told Doris not to send money as I have enough to hold me over for a few months and I am not spending too much at the camp. When I need any money, I will contact her. Help with the laundry duties until 3:00 PM. Dinner at 3:30 PM after Headcount. Dinner menu: spaghetti and ground meat, salad, green beans, bread, and punch. Chad and Ryan provided some plastic bags and elastic bandages to help me ice down my ribs, hands, and wrist. Icing down my ribs will make the pain manageable. Did not walk on the track because I was too drowsy and also my ribs were still painful. Watch some television and played Cribbage with Jon and Yang. Cleaned up and showered at 8:00 PM and watched more television until the final headcount at 9:30 PM. Went to bed at 10:00 PM.
