Woke up at 5:30 AM. Cleaned up and made my bed. Had a strong cup of coffee. Watched local news and the weather for today, a warm day. Breakfast was served at 6:30 AM. Breakfast Menu; Grits, apples, muffins, milk, and hot water.

- Book Report.
- Walk 6 Miles around the track.
Started reading at the library from 7:30 – 9:45 AM. Returned to the unit for heads count at 10:00 AM. Found out that my bunk mate was caught for trying to smuggle some contraband during his visitation. he will be sent to the Special Housing Unit because of the Disciplinary Infraction. Lunch at 10:10 AM. Lunch menu: eggs. pancakes w/syrup, banana, and punch. Called Doris at 10: 40 AM. She wished me Happy Father’s Day. She had a bad asthma attack last night but felt better today. I told her about my bunk mates disciplinary infraction and told her not to bring anything that are not authorized by BOP to the visitor’s room when she come to visit me. Also, visitors would violate BOP rules can be charged and BOP will search their cars too. Borrowed a calculator from Jon to calculate my next commissary purchase. Back to the Library at 11:15 AM to read, and finished reading at 2:00 PM. Watched some television. Headcount at 3:30 PM. Dinner was served after headcount. Dinner menu; Burrito, corn, and hot water. After that, the AAPI had a dinner party. Dinner included beef, rice, salsa, beans, and Pepsi. Socialized and watched TV until 5:00 PM. Walked 8 miles on the track to work out my excess indulgence. Played some soccer, unfortunately, I jammed my fingers and right wrist and pulled my left Lat muscle around my ribs. Rubbed some analgesic ointment from Jon to relieve the pain. Took my shower at 8:00 PM, it was a struggle because of the injury to my ribs. Headcount at 9:00 PM. Cleaned up and got ready for bed. Final headcount at 9:30 PM. Rubbed some more ointment on my fingers, wrist, and ribs to relieve the pain. Went to bed at 10:00 PM. Woke up at 11:00 PM for a urinal break. Took two Ibuprofen to relieve the pain.
