Woke up at 5:30 AM. Made up my bed and cleaned up. Made a cup of coffee, and watched the local news and weather channel, high temperature will be 97 Degrees F. Stretched while watching the news and drank my coffee.

I found out about Motion 2255, it could be used in my case to contest the validity of my charges. I need to do more research about the motion. I emailed Michael Santos for his advice on this matter. Took a nap. Headcount at 7:30 PM. Watched the July Festivities on the television. Cleaned up and showered at 8:00 PM. Headcount at 8:30 PM. Final headcount at 9:00 PM. Went to bed at 10:00 PM.
It was pretty busy at the laundry department but managed to get 6 miles of walking. Interesting discovery of the motion 2255 to contest my charges but I need to do more research regarding this matter.
