So, it is Tuesday and there is no call to go to the garage, so it’s shaping up that I will be off the whole week.
The big news here is there’s one new guy and 2 campers went home. The new guy is near my bunk. There have also been some bunk changes. Some campers moved to favorable bunks that have windows. Good for them. Some do a lot of work for the camp, while others have been here for a while and are rewarded. I’ve been told this is very normal especially when there is a turnover.
Yesterday, I received a mind games workbook and a new book about podcasting in the mail. I started the podcasting book and I am up to page 20. I had a thought podcasting would be a new skill to learn to help business owners with. Of course, I can’t do a podcast here, but I can start learning the why, and how to do it properly from an expert. I’ll see how it goes.
And now for today’s activity. I started walking around the camp at 12pm and at about 1PM I started playing tennis. I won 3 sets with a new partner.
Overall, a tremendously beautiful day here in O at the camp. Grateful to play tennis outdoors, making the best of this situation and time and place. Miss my core 7, family and friends so much!
