The morning started out dark, cloudy, foggy, breezy and cold – 44 degrees F. The lower atmosphere was cloudy except for a clearing in the Southeast, foggy with visibility of over 2 miles and the breeze made the temperature colder. The autonomous car company had their facility and flood light on but not testing their vehicles. Rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, while Labrona and family were grazing by the fence near the basketball courts. The beautiful dawn sky in the Southeastern clearance was filled with red haze and clouds in its vicinity were dark gray tinted with red and orange bottoms. The birds were on the roofs and perched on fences waiting for their breakfast. They feasted on cakes and pancakes discarded by the inmates. As the sun rise over the Sierras, it changed colors from red, orange and yellow. As it continued its ascend until is was shielded by the thick clouds. More clouds were moving in and it drizzled lightly and the weather looked gloomy. Completed walking 6 miles at 7:40 AM, in 1 hour 14 minutes and 32 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 26 seconds per mile or 2 minutes and 6 seconds per lap. Stretched, split stretched and practiced yoga at the basketball court until 8:50 AM. The stretch and Yoga practice felt good after the cold morning walk. I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized the beautiful dawn sky and the spectacular sun rise. Opened my eyes to the cloudy sky. Watched the replay of the GSW/Suns game until 9:30 AM. Lunch was served at 9:30 AM. Luncheon menu: fried eggs, fries, pancake with syrup, banana and water. Census count at 10:00 AM. Talked to Doris at 10:10 AM: Doris is well and rested. We had a good family visitation yesterday. Chris and Karlee replaced the battery for the debarker, set up her electric blanket and checked out the washer. Doris will call Mike’s appliances to see if they could repair the washer or get a new washer. They had curry noodle dinner but the Durian was not completely thawed out for eating, so they have to take it home to thaw out before eating it. It was drizzling in Pinole, so she will do her walking indoors to keep dry and warm. I will have a relaxing day. Showered and changed to casual clothes at 10:30 AM. Checked email from Doris at 11:00 AM: Doris is well and rested. She walked 8756 steps, 16.7 inches step length and symmetry was 7.4%. Yesterday was the 329th consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. She was glad that the GSW finally won their game over the suns last night. Kuminga and Curry played well. We had a good family visitation and will have 6 more visitations left before my release to Half Way House or Home Confinement. The weather in Atwater was overcast and gloomy, looks like it will rain today. Had a long nap. It started to drizzle at 12:00 PM and lasted until 3:00 PM. Census count at 3:30 PM. Dinner was served after the count. Dinner menu: spaghetti with Alfredo sauce, chicken parmigiana, bread, mixed vegetables and water. Leee Balco had chips and dip Party for the AAPI group. He is leaving for Half Way House tomorrow morning at 3:00 AM. We wished him luck on his future endeavors. The sun briefly came out from 4:00 – 4:30 PM, but dark clouds in the Southern horizon and more clouds rolling in from the North. Census count at 7:00 PM. Census count at 8:00 PM. Cleaned up at 9:00 PM. Final Census count at 9:30 PM. Went to bed at 10:00 PM.
