The mornings started out dark, breezy, cloudy and cold – 45 degrees F. The lower atmosphere was cloudy as clouds were moving in from the Northwest towards the East, the Eastern and Southern Horizons were clear, the crescent moon was in mid sky at 11 o’clock an the breeze made the temperature felt cooler. The autonomous car company had their facility and flood lights on and were maintaining their equipment. The rabbits were grazing in the soccer and baseball fields while Labrona and family were grazing by the fence near the basketball court. The dawn sky was on full display with analogous colors peeking over the Sierras, crescent moon in mid sky at 11 o’clock, reddish and peach colored clouds on the suns path, snow capped Sierras and the dark blue sky. Breakfast was served early, no wildlife appeared, so inmates just left their food on the ground and on the basketball court. The birds appeared after 7:00 AM and feasted on the food left on the ground and basketball court. As the sun rise, the orange sphere illuminated the outline of the Sierras and the sky, it changed colors form orange reddish, to orange, yellow and bright yellow as it ascended until it disappeared into the thick clouds. Completed walking 6 miles at 7:40 AM, in 1 hour 14 minutes and 30 seconds. I walked the trails on soccer and baseball fields. The baseball field trail was slightly muddy. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 25 seconds per mile or 2 minutes and 5 seconds per lap. The autonomous car company turned off its flood lights at 8:00 AM. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the basketball court until 8:50 AM. The stretch and Yoga practice felt good after the morning walk. I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized our trip to Monterey, California. We visited the Monterey Bay Aquarium which house a lots of exotic fishes, kelps, marine life and exhibits. We strolled through the Cannery which was converted to a Tourist shopping area and walked on the trail along the coastline. We had lunch and enjoyed the beautiful sea scenery. Opened my eyes to the cloudy sky. Talked to Doris at 9:00 AM: Doris is well and rested. The weather was dry and cool. She let the dogs out an they were running around the yard. GSW next game is tomorrow against the Clippers. Had a short nap. Went to the Library to do some reading. I enjoyed reading articles on Web 3, How to relieve stress and Digital Economy. Census count at 3:30 PM. Dinner was served after the count. Dinner menu: Chicken tortilla, black beans, corn , rice, salsa and water.
