Woke up at 5:00 AM. Made up my bed, cleaned up, changed to BOP uniform and made a cup of coffee. Stretched, drank my coffee and watched the local news and weather report, high temperature for today is 62 degree F. Started walking at 6:00 AM. Breakfast was served at 6:25 AM. Breakfast menu: Cereal, cake, milk, sugar, apple and water ( Cereal, torta, leche, ezucar, un manzana y agua).

The morning started out dark, cloudy, breezy and cool – 53 degrees F. The lower atmosphere was cloudy and breezy. The autonomous car company had their facilities and flood lights turned on but they were not testing their vehicles. The rabbits were out grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, while LeBron and family were grazing by the fence near the basketball court. Breakfast was served early and no wildlife appeared after breakfast. It started to rain after breakfast, I had to continue my walking in the training room on the treadmill. Finished walking 6 miles on the treadmill at 7:50 AM, in 1 hour 14 minutes and 23 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 24 seconds per mile or 2 minutes and 4 seconds per lap. It was still drizzling outside but the birds appeared and feasted on food left on the ground and basketball court by the inmates. Stretched, split stretched and practiced yoga at the training room until 8:50 AM. I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized our trip to SS2 Pedaling Jaya to the Durian store with Steve. The Durian store was the size of a football field with several vendors selling Durians, rambutans, mango Steen an other local fruits. This place was upgraded with air conditioned rooms, ceiling fans to keep the place cool. It was also equipped with decent toilets and sinks to wash our hands. This place specialized in Durians and it it included: Musang King, Black Thorn, D-24, D-59, Orange Flesh and other varieties. The stores accepted credit card payments and offered loyalty programs for repeat customers who can earn points toward free Durians. The durians and other fruits were very delicious. Opened my eyes to the ceiling of the training room. The rain subsided, the birds were feasting on the basketball court, soccer and baseball fields, they were oblivious to the drizzle. The sky brightened and it was heavily overcast, it was supposed to rain all day. I ran into CO Mason who was working the Visitation today. I told him Doris and Karlee will visit me on 12/28/2024 an he told me, he will work in Visitation on Saturday too. Talked to Doris at 8:50 AM: Doris is well and rested. She was awakened by the thunderstorm. It has been raining since 4:00 AM. She got wet as she opened the gates to the dog house. The dogs are staying put to keep warm and dry. She was disappointed that the GSW lost to the Pacers last night, they were ahead but ended losing the game. Hopefully they will play better against the Lakers on X’ Mas day. She will try to clean out the refrigerator for the Durians. I told he she might want to consider buying the slip on shoes from Skechers rather than struggle with the Velcro straps shoes, she will look into it. I told her CO Mason was working visitation today and also on 12/28/2024, we can bid him farewell as he is leaving for Texas in January 2025. Checked email from Doris at 9:10 AM: Doris is well and rested. She walked 8625 steps, 17.3 inches step length and symmetry was 7.5%. Yesterday was the 324th consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. She shipped out her Etsy package yesterday with Kein. They had lunch and went shopping at Ranch 99. She bought a Durian for Chris and Karlee. She was disappointed that GSW lost their game to the Indiana Pacers, hopefully they will play better against the Lakers tomorrow. She will stay home to keep dry and warm. Lunch was served at 9:30 AM. Luncheon menu: Chicken breast sandwich, beans, rice, salad, cake and water. The birds were waiting for their lunch and feasted on bread and cakes discarded by the inmates, they were quite a few birds but no squirrels. Census count at 10:00 AM. Showered and changed to casual clothes at 10:20 AM. Had a short nap. The sun finally came out at 12:00 PM, it lasted until 3:00 PM and more clouds rolled in. Census count at 3:30 PM. Dinner menu: meat loaf, rice, corn, bread and water. The birds were on the roof and perched on the fences waiting for their dinner. They feasted on food discarded by the inmates. Census count at 7:00 PM. Census count at 8:00 PM. Cleaned up at 9:00 PM. Final Census count at 9:30 PM. Went to bed at 10:00 PM.
Today was a good day: Doris is well and rested. She walked 8625 steps,17.3 inches step length and symmetry was 7.5%. Yesterday was the 324th consecutive days she close the ring on her iPhone. Walked 6 miles, stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga.
