Woke up at 5:30 AM. Made up my bed, cleaned up, changed to BOP uniform, and made a cup of coffee. Stretched, drank my coffee and watched the local news and weather report, high temperature for today is 59 degrees F. Started walking at 6:20 AM. Breakfast was served at 6:10 AM. Breakfast menu: Cereal, muffin, an apple and warm water.

Completed walking the first three miles in 38 minutes and 30 seconds. Started a load of laundry at 7:00 AM. Finished laundry at 8:20 AM. Finished walking final three miles in 40 minutes and 2 seconds. Average walking times were: First three miles – 12 minutes and 24 seconds per mile (milla) or 50 seconds per lap (vuelta). Final three miles – 13 minutes and 8 seconds per mile or 53 seconds per lap. the morning walk started out dark, cool and calm. temperature was in the 50’s, foggy and no wind. The dawn sky reemerged after a hiatus for a few days. beautiful dawn sky with an array of pastel colors and very little clouds in the sky. The bright red sphere reemerged to warm the air up. This is a bright new sunny day. It was weird, we had a Census count at 8:00 AM, possibly a punishment for finding contraband in the barber shop. A lot of the inmates were still asleep. Finished walking at 8:40 AM. Stretched and split stretched until 9:20 AM at the basketball court in the morning sunshine. Census count at 10:00 AM. Lunch was served at 10:10 AM. Luncheon menu: Pizza, spaghetti, salad, a banana and hot water. Talked to Doris at 10:30 AM: Doris and Patches are well. They had a good shopping spree at the Columbia in the Livermore outlet mall. They bought some Malaysian food and had dinner at home. They all had a great time at the visitation. It was a shock to them too, when I told them that Armando was sent to the SHU. I told them he will probably be transferred to another facility. Patches found a couple bottles of Testarossa wine from my collection and she will try to take it home with her to Australia. They will visit me again tomorrow. they asked me to take it easy for Christmas eve. I told them I will be hosting an ACE Class tonight, finished my laundry, walked 6 miles, split stretched, send out my class report and do some reading.
Showered at 11:30 AM, changed to casual outfit. Checked and replied to Doris email. Sent out ACE Class on Effective writing. Someone took one of the green chair from the computer room. Sent out ACE Class Report on Effective Writing Part 2. Took a short nap. Census count at 3:30 PM. Dinner was served after the count. Dinner menu: Shredded chicken, Cole slaw, potatoes chips, buns and warm water. ACE Classes – Customs of the World 5-5:30 PM and Oceanography Part 1 6-7 PM (Hosting). Worked on my Spanish between classes. Census count at 7:30 PM. Census count at 8:30 PM. Cleaned up at 9:00 PM. Final Census count at 9:30 PM. Went to bed at 10:00 PM.
Today was a good day: Doris and Patches are well. They had a good shopping spree yesterday at Livermore Outlet mall. They enjoyed the visitation yesterday. Submitted ACE Class report on Effective Writing Part 2. Walked 6 miles and split stretched. Attended and hosted ACE Classes. Beautiful weather.
