It rained all night but stopped early in the morning. The morning started out dark, cloudy, foggy, breezy and cold – 48 degrees F. The lower atmosphere was cloudy, breezy an foggy, visibility was up to a couple of miles. The gate at the compound was locked until 6:30 AM. I had to walk inside the compound. Breakfast was served and the birds were perched on the roof and fences waiting for food from the inmates. They feasted on their breakfast. The autonomous car company had its flood lights turned on but were not testing their vehicles. The rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, while Labrona and family were grazing by the fence near the basketball court. Walked on the soccer and baseball trails when they opened the gate. It started to rain after breakfast, so I have to continue walking on the treadmill in the exercise room. Completed walking 6 miles at 7:50 AM, in 1 hour 14 minutes and 16 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 24 seconds per mile or 2 minutes and 4 seconds per mile. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga in the exercise room until 8:40 AM. The stretch and Yoga practice felt good after the cold morning walk. I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized the beautiful dawn sky and the spectacular sun rise with the beautiful analogous colors that has been missing because of the rain, clouds and fog. Opened my eyes to the ceiling of the exercise room. Talked to Doris at 8:55 AM: Doris is well and rested. It rained all night but stopped in the morning. It was cold when she opened the gates to the dog house, as usual the dogs stayed in the dog house to stay dry and keep warm. She enjoyed the GSW win over the Timberwolves. They will play the Indiana Pacers tomorrow night in San Francisco. She will try to clean the yards if the weather warms up. I will have a relaxing day and work on my EBRR Class assignments. Cleaned the computer room, refilled printer paper and replaced printer labels spool. Lunch was served at 9:30 AM. Luncheon menu: fried eggs, biscuit with gravy, fries, apple and water. The birds were waiting for their lunch, there were a couple hundred of birds, but only a few squirrels appeared for lunch. The sun tried to break through but only briefly before it was shielded again by the clouds. Census count at 10:00 AM. Checked email from Doris at 10:30 AM: Doris is well and rested. She walked 9870 steps, 17.2 inches step length and symmetry was 8.5%. Yesterday was the 322nd consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. She hope the weather will warm up so she could clean the yard. She enjoyed the GSW win over the Minnesota Timberwolves last night an the next GSW game is on Monday night against the Indiana Pacers. Showered and changed to casual clothes at 10:40 AM. The sun finally came out at 11:00 AM. Had a short nap. The sun burnt off the fog and clouds and I could see the bright blue sky and the birds were all over the compound feeding on food left by the inmates, the squirrels finally appeared after 12:00 PM and feasted on food left by inmates. Went to library to work on my EBRR homework and reading. Census count at 3:30 PM. Dinner was served after the count. Dinner menu: roast beef, mashed potatoes with gravy, green peas, bread and water. After dinner, the birds and squirrels feasted on food left by the inmates. It turned out to be a pretty nice and pleasant day after the sun came out and burnt off the fog and clouds but some clouds remained and more clouds are moving in from the West. The airfield next to the camp was practicing landing and takeoff for transport planes. More clouds rolled in. The autonomous car company turned on their flood lights and facility lights. Census count at 7:00 PM. Census count at 8:00 PM. Cleaned up at 9:00 PM. Final Census count at 9:30 PM. Went to bed at 10:00 PM.
