The morning announcement at 6:00 AM, there will be a fog count at 7:00 AM, The morning started out dark, cloudy, breezy, foggy and cold – 39 degrees F. The lower atmosphere was very foggy with visibility of about 200 feet, the sky was overcast with clouds. I could not see the testing facilities, flood lights or vehicles of the autonomous car company. The rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields while Labrona and family were grazing by the fence near the basketball court. I walked on the trails on the soccer and baseball fields. Breakfast was served early and no wildlife’s appeared for breakfast, so the inmates just left their food on the ground. They had the seven o’clock count and I missed it, but they knew I was walking on the trails. They locked the gate at 7:00 AM,, so I continued walking inside the compound. As the sky brightened, only thing was visible was the dense fog and thick clouds. They opened the gates at 7:20 AM and I completed my six miles walk at 7:40 AM, in 1 hour 14 minutes and 32 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes 26 seconds per mile or 2 minutes and 5 seconds per lap. Stretched and split stretched on the basketball court until 8:40 AM. The stretched and split stretched felt good after the cold morning walk. I decided to spend more time stretching and forgo Yoga practice. The birds appeared at 7:30 AM an they feasted on food left by the inmates. Talked to Doris at 9:00 AM: Doris is well and rested. Her eyes are better. The weather is dry but cold in Pinole and she will try to finish cleaning the yard. She was disappointed that GSW lost their game to the Grizzlies. The dogs decided to stay in the dog house to keep warm. She will try to ask Joseph about the Tax Liabilities. She received the car insurance bill from CSAAA an will pay it. I told her the EBRR classes were cancelled this morning but I will have tutoring and ACE Classes tonight. Cleaned the computer room. Showered and changed to BOP uniform at 9:30 AM. Checked email from Doris: Doris is well and rested. She walked 8963 steps, 16.9 inches step length and symmetry was 7.4%. Yesterday was the 320th consecutive days she close the ring on her iPhone.
