The morning started out dark, cloudy, breezy, and cold – 47 degrees F. The lower atmosphere was overcast, slight breeze and foggy with visibility of about a mile. The autonomous car company was not testing their vehicles until 8:00 AM. The rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, while LeBron and family were grazing by the fence near the basketball court. Breakfast was served early today and no wildlife appeared for breakfast, so the inmates left their food on the ground. As the morning progressed the sky brightened and all I could see was gray overcast sky and fog, which reduced the visibility. i could not see the Sierras or the Santa Lucia Highlands. The birds appeared in droves around 7:20 AM and feasted on food left on the ground by the inmates. There must be 2-300 birds in the flock. The sky brightened but still covered by gray cloud and fog. I walked the trials on the soccer and baseball fields. Completed walking 6 miles at 7:40 AM, in 1 hour 13 minutes and 47 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 18 seconds per mile or 2 minutes and 3 seconds per lap. Stretched, split stretched an practiced Yoga at the basketball court until 8:40 AM. The stretch and Yoga practice felt good after the cold morning walk. I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized our trip to Taman Negara, Malaysia. We were ferried around the black water river, part of the river was very shallow we could see the bottom of the river. There were lots of wild and exotic plants, trees, animals and fishes were abundant in the river. We fed food to the fishes and they were fighting for food. Hiked to a beautiful waterfall for photo opportunity. We came across a group of locals who were picnicking and they invited us to share their food. On our way back to Kuala Lumpur, we stopped by a fruit stand for Durians, rambutans, mango Steen an duku langsat. The Musang King durian was very delicious and cheap. Opened my eyes to the overcast and foggy sky. The auto car company was testing some multiple axles vehicles and trailers. Talked to Doris at 9:00 AM. Doris is well and rested. Her eyes are improving and her vision is getting better. Joseph talked to Doris and advised her about Tax Liabilities. It stopped raining this morning and she will try to clean the yard.
