Wok eat 5:00 AM. Made up my bed, cleaned up, changed to BOP uniform, and made a cup of coffee. Stretched, drank my coffee and watched the local news and weather report, high temperature for today is 54 degrees F. Started walking at 6:00 AM. Breakfast was served at 6:30 AM. Breakfast menu: cereal, cake, milk, sugar, apple and water (Cereal, torta, leche, ezucar, un manzana y agua).

The morning started out dark, cloudy, foggy, breezy and cold – 46 degrees F. The lower atmosphere was overcast, foggy with visibility of about 1/2 miles and light breeze. The autonomous car company was not testing their vehicles this morning but their flood lights were turned on. The rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields while Labrona and family were grazing by the fence near the basketball court. Today was commissary day and inmates brave the cold and lined up for their commissary. I did not get anything from commissary today. As the morning progressed, the sky brightened the sky was heavily overcast and fogged in, all I could see was gray sky. Breakfast was served but no wildlife appeared for breakfast, so the inmates left their food on the ground. Washed my blankets and sheets. Completed blanket and sheets laundry at 7:40 AM. Completed my walk at 8:00 AM. The birds appeared and were feasted on food left by the inmates. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga until 8:50 AM. The stretch and Yoga practice felt good after the cold morning walk. I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized the beautiful dawn sky, colorful clouds and spectacular sun rise before the rain, which is what we had when we havewhen we are not fogged in or rain. Opened my eyes to the foggy and cloudy sky. Talked to Doris at 9:00 AM: Doris is well and rested. It was drizzling in Pinole. She will try to contact Abbas and Joseph regarding Tax Liabilities, She will also try to contact Sharma of Liberty Taxes. She ordered her grocery online and it will be delivered before 2:00 PM. I will be busy with my tutoring and GED Calculator class. She will clean the backyard. Jon removed the 40 dozens hemmed pants and repaired Khaki uniforms. Felipe Navarro and Julien painted the baseboard molding in the sewing room. Showered and changed to BOP uniform at 9:40 AM. Washed my personal laundry at 10:00 AM. Lunch was served at 10:20 AM. Luncheon menu: hamburger, fries, salad, apple and water. Had a short nap. Checked email form Doris at 11:40 AM: Doris is well and rested. She walked 9602 steps, 16.5 inches step length and symmetry was 8.2%. Yesterday was the 318th consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. She has not received anything from Abbas, she will try to contact Joseph and Sharma (Liberty Taxes) for more information. She ordered her grocery online and will be delivered this afternoon. She will stay home to rest her eyes. Completed my laundry at 12:00 PM. GED/ Statistics tutoring 12:00 – 1:30 PM. GED Calculator Application 1:30 – 2:30 PM. Theme for today was Probability. Census count at 3:30 PM. Dinner was served after the count. Dinner menu: Chef salad, beets, mixed vegetables, bread and water. Worked on my EBRR Class assignments. Completed GED Candidates list for first quarter 2025. It was a gloomy day, just gray fog and cloudy sky, The sun never break through the cloud or fog. The autonomous car company tested their vehicles in the afternoon and turned on their flood lights at 3:30 PM. Census count at 7:00 PM. Census count at 8:00 PM. Cleaned up at 9:00 PM. Final Census count at 9:30 PM. Went to bed at 10:00 PM.
Today was a good day: Doris is well and rested. Her eyes are healing up properly. She walked 9602 steps, 16.5 inches step length and symmetry was 8.2%. Yesterday was the 318th consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. She ordered her grocery online and it was delivered on time. Walked 6 miles, stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga.
