The morning walk started out dark and cold, temperature was in the 30’s/ The moon was no where in the sky. The rabbits were grazing on the field and scampered as I walked past them. As the morning progressed, the beautiful dark dawn sky appeared on the Eastern sky over the horizon. the colors turn lighter as the sun started to emerge. Finally the fiery red sun peaked over the Sierra’s. It was a very large red sphere and gradually turned to orange and to bright yellow. The temperature warmed up as the morning progressed, I had to remove my jacket. We had a couple of visitors at the camp, a German Shepard and a chihuahua. They were dumper and abandoned and ventured into the camp. The dogs were scared and ran away as we approached them. Finished walking at 8:00 AM. Stretched and split stretched at the basketball court in the morning sunshine. My flexibility is gradually improving albeit a little slower that I have expected but I just keep stretching and my flexibility and range of motion will improve. Finished stretching at 8:40 AM.
