Completed 6 miles walk at 8:00 AM, in 1 hour 17 minutes and 25 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes 15 seconds per mile (milla) or 2 minutes and 3 seconds per lap (vuelta). The morning walk started out dark and cold and the trail was wet. The rabbits were grazing on the field. The trail was wet but not muddy. AS the sun started to rise, the beautiful dawn sky was on display with the moon in the mid sky. The dawn sky started out with dark brown, red, orange, yellow and dark blue shades. It gradually grew lighter as the sun rose, until it emerged over the horizon and the grand sun rise was on display. The walk felt good, finished walking at 8:00 AM. Stretched and split stretched at the basketball court in the sunlight. The stretch felt good and my range of motion has improved. Finished stretching at 8:40 AM. Cleaned the computer room. They are still trying to locate the adult diapers. CalPERS called Doris to inform her, that because of my incarceration, my Medicare and all my dependents Medicare were suspended. I can reinstate after my incarceration. Doris will find alternative to get her Medicare reinstated. I wrote my SS # on y Daily Dairy for 12/6/2023.
