The morning started out dark, foggy, cloudy, calm and cold – 47 degrees F. The lower atmosphere was filled with thick dense fog. The autonomous car company was not testing their vehicles. Some rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, while Labrona and mate were grazing by the fence near the basketball court. The beautiful dawn sky consisted of analogous color over the fog. Breakfast was served early and there were no signs of wild life, so the inmates left their food on the ground. The fog rolled in an out of the camp. As the sun rise over the fog, the big red sphere change colors from: red, striated red, orange, yellow an brilliant yellow. The birds appeared and feasted on food left by the inmates on the ground. Completed walking 6 miles at 7:40 AM, in 1 hour 13 minutes and 48 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 16 seconds per mile or 49 seconds per lap. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the basketball court until 8:50 AM. The stretch and Yoga practice felt good after the cold morning walk. I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized the spectacular sunset from last night. The big sphere changed colors from yellows, to orange and to red as it set over the Western horizon. The beautiful dusk sky consisted of analogous colors over the Santa Lucia highlands, which slowly turned darker and the crescent moon was in mid sky moving Westward. Opened my eyes to the foggy blue sky. Mr Echeveste was at the camp early to deliver some cleaning stuff for the bathrooms. Talked to Doris at 9:00 AM: Doris is well and rested. The weather was foggy in Pinole. The dogs are out running around and chasing after anything that gets close by the house. She walked 8921 steps, 16.8 inches step length and symmetry was 7.3 %. Yesterday was the 306th consecutive days she close the ring on her iPhone. She enjoyed the GSW/Rockets game last night and Kuminga was the star for the game as he scored 33 points, despite Curry and Green not playing. They will play the Minnesota Timberwolves tonight. I will be busy with tutoring, ACE Classes, hemming pants and alterations for visitation. Secretary Mrs. Chavez informed me that we will have two new inmates joining us today and assigned them to bunks # 63U and #60 U. Showered and changed to BOP uniform at 9:30 AM. Lunch was served at 10:20 AM. Luncheon menu: fried fish sandwich, spinach, rice, bread, apple and water. Went to sewing room: exchanged 42X30 pants for Brian, altered pants for Romero, hemmed pants an prepared bus bags for new inmates. Th new inmates arrived at the camp at 11:30 AM and we processed them. GED/ Statistics tutoring 12:00 – 3:30 PM. Census count at 3:30 PM. Dinner was served after the count. Dinner menu: tacos, beans, rice, corn and water. ACE Classes Mastering Stage Presence 5-5:30 PM and History of Music, Rock N Roll 6-6:30 PM. Census count at 7:00 PM. Census count at 8:00 PM.
