11/27/2023 Monday daily diary from Atwater Camp.
Woke up at 5:30 AM. Made up my bed, cleaned up, changed to BOP uniform and made a cup of coffee, Stretched, drank my coffee and watched the local news and weather report, high temperature for today is 58 Degrees F. Started walking at 6:10 AM. Breakfast was served at 6:20 AM. Breakfast menu: Oatmeal, cookies, punch and an apple.

- Check email from Doris.
- Email daily diary for 11/26/2023.
- Walk 6 miles.
- Split stretch.
- Criminal Thinking 7:30 – 8:30 PM.

Completed First mile in 14 minutes 20 seconds. Criminal Thinking EBRR Class 7-8 AM. Completed final 5 miles in 70 minutes and 35 seconds. Average walking times: First mile – 14 minutes and 20 seconds per mile (milla) or 2 minutes 24 seconds per lap (Vuelta). Final five miles – 14 minutes and seven seconds per mile or 2 minutes and 22 seconds per lap. The rabbits were out grazing and the moon was big and round. Final five miles walk was in the sun shine. Finished walking at 9:10 AM. Stretched and split stretched at the basketball court. Took a shower at 10:00 AM. Talked to Doris at 10:15 AM. Doris is well and she was at Dr Scott office for follow-up examination. I told her I added four more ACE Classes that I will be teaching. I told her I had to go as they are serving lunch. Lunch was served at 10:25 AM. Luncheon menu: chili, fries, banana and punch. Counselor Reyes informed me that there will be a new inmate joining us at the camp today. I notified the warehouse staff to bring: laundry bags, sheets, blankets and t shirts. Went to sewing room to sort out some shirts and pants for proper sizing. Jon Delivered some sheets, blankets and laundry bags. GED tutoring from 12:00 – 2:30 PM. Processed the new inmate to the camp. Back to the unit at 3:20 PM. Census count at 3:30 PM. Dinner was served after the count. Dinner menu: shredded beef, green beans, bread and punch. Work on my ACE Class report Psychology of Incarceration. Back to the unit at 7:10 PM. Census count at 8:00 PM. Census count at 9:00 PM. Cleaned up at 9:10 PM. Final Census count at 9:30 PM. Went to bed at 10:00 PM.
Today was a good day: Doris and Patches are well. Doris had a good visit with Dr Scott Lee. Walked 6 miles and split stretched. Attended EBRR Class Criminal Thinking and GED tutoring.
