The morning started out cold with the beautiful dawn sky. The sun rise was nice. The pace for the morning walk was good. Finished walking at 8:00 AM. Stretched and split stretched at the basketball court in the sunlight. The stretch was good, I had to roll my legs with the foam core roller to relieve my aching legs. Finished stretching at 9:40 AM. Replied to Doris’s email: Patches and Doris were hoping to visit me during Thanksgiving. I will confirm the visitation with them. Imagine have Dr Pepper, Coke, chips and candies instead of Turkey and stuffing for Thanksgiving. Showered at 10:00 AM. Lunch was served at 10:20 AM. Luncheon menu: Chicken parmigiana, spaghettis, spinach, punch and a banana. Talked to Counselor Reyes, he informed me there will be visitation on Thanksgiving. Talked to Doris at 10:45 AM: Doris and Patches are doing well. Patches is doing yard work and feeding the dogs. Patches is making Doris walk without the hard cast and she walked 5525 steps yesterday, using a soft cast. She is on her way to getting rid of the hard cast. Doris and Patches are looking forward to spending Thanksgiving with me. We will have Dr Pepper, Coke, Chips, chocolate and candies in lieu of Turkey and stuffing’s.
