Finished walking 6 miles at 7:50 AM in 1 hour 16 minutes and 42 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes 14 seconds per mile (milla) or 2 minutes 3 seconds per lap (vuelta). Walking time was good because of the warm weather. The morning started out with the dawn sky with overcast clouds and foggy. The sun rise was blocked by the clouds, it made its appearance on and off. At the end of the walk it was high enough and it burnt off the fog. Stretched at the basketball court in partial sunlight. The stretch was good and the split stretch was okay. Rolled with foam core roller to relieve my sore legs. Finished stretching at 8:40 AM. Replied to Doris email form yesterday. had some donuts and an apple for snacks. Showered at 9:20 AM. Went to the sewing room to finish hemming pants. Lunch was served at 10:20 AM. Luncheon menu: fish sandwich, Cole slaw, beans, punch and an apple. Called Doris at 10:40 AM and 10:50 AM but could not connect with her. Went to sewing room to finish hemming pants. Finished hemming at 11:20 AM. Called Doris at 11:25 AM: Doris and Patches are well, they did not hear their phone ringing as they were in the store. Patches was trying to figure where was the turn signal, I told her it was on the steering column. They will be packing the merchandise in the SUV for tomorrows show. They will leave at 8:00 AM and set up around 9:00 AM for the show. The weather is overcast and might rain today in the Bay Area. Hopefully it will be clear tomorrow for the show. Doris is looking forward to meet with Christine to discuss about my volunteering efforts. I told her I had to go to the GED Tutoring class.
