  9. Visitation.

The morning started started out dark, hazy, breezy and cold – 38 degrees F, air quality was moderate. The lower atmosphere was hazy with plumes of dark smoke on the Western Horizon and the full moon at 1’o clock in the mid sky, the moon drifted form the Southeast toward the Northwest . The autonomous car company tested their vehicles last night. Th rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields while Labrona and family were grazing by the fence near the basketball court. The beautiful dawn sky was on display: red band of haze over the Sierras, the full moon in mid sky and dark blue sky. As the morning progressed, analogous colors radiated out of the suns path: red, orange, yellow, light green, light blue and dark blue sky. The birds appeared after breakfast and feasted on the food left by the inmates on the ground. As the sun rise over the Sierras, the reddish orange sphere illuminated the outline of the Sierras creating a picturesque scene, the moon descended into the haze in the Western horizon. Completed walking 6 miles at 7:30 AM, in 1 hour 13 minutes and 27 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes 15 seconds per mile or 2 minutes and 3 seconds per lap. Stretched, split stretched and practiced yoga at the basketball court until 8:30 AM. The stretch and Yoga practiced felt good after the morning walk. I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized the beautiful sunset and dusk sky, the full moon and the autonomous car testing their vehicles. Opened my eyes to the hazy blue sky, showered and changed to BOP uniform at 8:50 AM. Lunch was served at 9:30 AM. Luncheon menu: nachos, beans, corn, cheese and water. Talked to Doris at 9:50 AM: Doris is well and they are on their way. ETA is 10:30 – 11:00 AM. Checked e mail from Doris: Doris is well and rested. She walked 8667 steps,16.8 inches step length and symmetry was 7.5%. Yesterday was her 286th consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. She was leaving at 8:00 AM to visit me today. ETA is 10:30 – 11:00 AM. Doris arrived at the visitation room at 10:25 AM: Doris is well and rested. We had Dr. Pepper, Butter Fingers, and Potatoes chips for snacks. We discussed our household bills, the water and electric bills are back to normal. She replaced the battery on her iPhone 10 at the Comcast store and her iPhone is working well now and should last for a few more years. She received several romance and scam emails, she was able to recognize and deleted them, also she confirm with the bank about the email. I am glad she recognized the scam mails and deleted them. Steve and Sim are not coming over to US anytime soon because of her mother. They wondered when we will visit them. She asked why I am not taking too many classes, I told her that the education department has restricted the number of class to 4 per week thus the reduction in ACE Classes. Christina’s friend is helping Doris bring the Genesis for SMOG, then to Safeway to get the registration tags. I suggested that they park the GMC van on the curb rather than parking it in the back yard. Doris felt bad that she was not doing the Pinole Senior Center gift show, I told her she can do it next year. She will ask Joseph about Felons are not allowed to contact other felons after release. Since he is working with Michael Santos and is in contact wit other felons, would it get him into trouble with BOP? Michael Santos had featured me in several of his blogs about me advocating for my early release. I told Doris that I spend about $120- $150 per month on Trulinc email to publish my Journal, Book reports and Class Reports. The daily journal takes an hour to compose and another hour to type it into Trulinc. Also, the events recorded may seem repetitive as that is the routine which I go through daily and it helps me pass my time and learn new things while being incarcerated. They are going to have dinner at China Kitchen and she asked me to call her after 6:00 PM tonight. Someone has been calling out landline every Friday but hang up before Doris could answer the phone. I told her it was probably spam or scam call. We will have 10 more visitations before my release to the Half Way House or Home Confinement. Doris left at 2:40 PM. We had a very good visitation. Census count at 3:30 PM. Dinner was served after the count. Dinner menu: cheesy chicken, hot dog bun, corn, carrots, rice and water. Census count at 7:00 PM. Census count at 8:00 PM. Cleaned up at 9:00 PM. Final Census count at 9:30 PM. Went to bed at 10:00 PM.
