Washed a load of laundry at 5:45 AM. Finished first three miles in 38 minutes 45 seconds. Finished my laundry at 8:10 AM. Started a load of Green uniform laundry. Finished walking at 9:00 PM. Time for final 3 miles was 37 minutes and 30 seconds. Stretched at the basketball court in the sunlight from 9:10 AM. Finished my stretch and started my Yoga until 10:00 AM. Census count at 10:10 AM. Lunch was served after the count. Luncheon menu: Taco, salad and an apple. The morning walk started out dark but was nice. The dawn sky was brownish red but was welcoming sight. As the sun rise, it gradually turn to shades of pastel. the sun rise was beautiful. Stretched in the sun light and split stretched was good. Unfortunately I could not finish all my poses before the census count. But it was nice with all the poses I practiced. Talked to Doris at 10:20 AM: They are on their way and were stuck in a traffic jam in Tracy. Their ETA was around 11:30 AM. She asked me to help her fill out the visitation forms, as see cannot see too well. I told her I will try to be there to help her fill out the forms. Showered at 11:00 AM. I received the Thanksgiving card from Diana, thanking me for the new Hoka shoes and they are working out wonderful for her. Doris and Mava arrived at the camp at 12:00 PM. I help Doris fill out her visitation form. Doris and Mava are both well. Mava will be doing the show with Doris on 11/18/2023. Patches will arrive on 11/18/2023 at 6:55 AM. They will pick her up curbside from SFO airport. Doris will start working on my Release Plan and hopefully mail it to me by next week. CO Ward was in charge of visitation today. Doris was walking a lot better, she is lifting her feet instead of dragging it. her walking symmetry has dropped down to 60%, that is a tremendous improvement. Mava wanted to take a picture with me but I deferred it until Patches is here, when we could take a group picture. I have not received the pictures from the visit form Doris, Karlee and Chris. Doris was upset that Karlee and Chris have not called her. I told her they are busy and have their own life to live, She should not have any expectation otherwise she will be disappointed. They will call when they want to, but Doris should learn to have her own agenda and live independently of Karlee and Chris. Likewise for Francis. Mava will get a quote from her gardener to clean up the back and front yard. I told Doris if the estimate is under $300-500, then she should have them do the work. Patches might come by visit during the Thanksgiving weekend, Mava will bring them and also attend a function at a church at Atwater. Doris and Mava left the visitation at 3:00 PM. CO Ward allowed me to walk Doris to the SUV.
Census count at 3:30 PM. Dinner was served after the count. Dinner menu: shredded chicken sandwich, soup and punch. Got the pictures when Doris, Karlee and Chris visited me. Unfortunately, only one picture turned out well. I typed the address and mailed it to Doris. ACE Class Entrepreneurship 6-6:30 PM. Census count at 6:30 PM. Census count at 8:30 PM. Cleaned up at 9:00 PM. Final Census count at 9:30 PM. Went to bed at 10:00 PM.
Today was a good day: Doris is well and the visitation went very well. Found out that Patches is on her way to SFO and will visit on 11/18/2023. Walked 6 miles, Split Stretched and practiced Yoga. Mava is well and was a good help for Doris.
