She asked about sending the Release plan to Prison Professor. I told her to send the original and the revised plan to Prison Professor after she completed the revision. She told me she was drinking some muscle milk and she had diarrhea drinking it. She told me there was 25% Lactose in the milk and she is not going to drink it anymore. The Lactose is probably what the gave her the diarrhea. the dogs are well. Francis changed the battery in the home alarm and showed Doris how to use the Tablet to turn the alarm on and off. She asked about my sewing, I told her I was accumulating my sewing and doing it all at once to minimize access to the sewing room.
