The morning started out dark, cloudy, breezy and cool. The lower atmosphere was cloudy on the Southern and Eastern horizons, the clouds were moving in a Southeastern direction. The dawn sky was on display with dark stratus clouds. The crescent moon at 11 o’clock in the mid sky an date dark blue sky. The autonomous car company was testing their vehicles after sun rise. The rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, while Labrona an family were grazing by the fence near the basketball court. As the morning progressed, the sky brightened and the stratus clouds were moving in Southeast direction. No sign of the squirrels after breakfast. The inmates left the food on the ground and the birds were feasting on it. The squirrels did not appear until lunchtime. The sun rise was shielded by the thick clouds but the sky was brighter. The sun finally cleared the clouds after 8:00 AM, it brightened the sky and warmed the air. Completed walking at 7:40 AM, in 1 hour 13 minutes and 56 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 20 seconds per mile or 2 minutes and 4 seconds per lap. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the basketball court until 8:50 AM. The stretch and Yoga practice felt good after the morning walk and I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized out trip to Amarillo, Texas while we were doing the Route 66 trip. We stopped by the Cadillac graveyard, where Cadillacs were buried into the ground, there were about 20-30 Cadillacs. They were buried hood into the ground, over years, it has been a magnet for graffiti artist and tourist to leave their marks on the Cadillacs. Surprisingly there was a lot of tourist to the site. The graffiti made the Cadillacs unique. We took pictures of several Cadillacs. Opened my eyes to the bright sun shine, crescent moon an the blue sky. She had a good appointment with Dr Scott Lee and her swelling has gone down. She will need a few more shots to completely reduce the swelling. She might need surgery to reduce her droopy eyelids at a later date. Mariam had her twins, Geok and Coos were ecstatic with the twins. Diana does not want compensation for taking Doris to her Doctor’s appointments. Doris suggested giving her a cash gift for Christmas for all her effort thus far. The FSA calculator has shown that BOP is not giving prisoners their time off in Second Chance Act nationwide. Several inmates in Philadelphia are staging a hunger strike in protest, that is interesting and hope it gets the attention of the politicians. Hope for a favorable outcome.
