Completed 6 miles walk at 7:50 AM, in 1 hour 16 minutes and 48 seconds. Average time was 12 minutes 48 seconds per mile or 2 minutes 8 seconds per lap. The morning walk was cold around 50’s and dark. The dawn sky and beautiful sunrise made up for it. The walk was pretty decent pace. Stretched ta the basketball court in the sunlight. The stretch was great and I could see my flexibility and range of motion improving daily. The split stretch is getting better and I am able to put my palm on the floor when I do the split stretch. Finishes stretching at 9:30 AM. Went to the laundry room and found out some one had broken into the sewing room and stole a lot of the T-shirts. Let the CO know about the theft and also informed Counselor Reyes about the theft. CO acknowledged that he forgot to lock the sewing room last night before he left. Counselor informed me that a new inmate might be coming to the camp today. I went to the warehouse and let CO Gunn know about the theft and asked for replenishment of the stolen items. Showered at 10:00 AM. Lunch was served at 10:20 AM. Luncheon menu: hamburger, fries and an apple. Talked to Doris at 10:40 AM: Doris is well and had a good sleep as she was tired. I told her that was good as the sleep will help her. She did not walk too much yesterday, I told her it was Okay, at least she walked some which is better than none. She asked about my Algebra tutoring, I told her it was good and the topics are starting to get tougher and some of the students are picking it up. She told me she never liked Algebra when she was going to school as it was difficult for her. I told her I had some sewing duties before tutoring. I told her to do her best with her walking. Diana might come by the house today to visit her. Went to the sewing room to repair a pair of pants for Chris. Exchanged a new green uniform for Louis Lupe.
