The morning started out dark, breezy, hazy and cold – 46 Degrees F. The lower atmosphere was hazy with the full moon in mid sky but it was not moving Westward. The beautiful dawn sky was on display with analogous colors peeking over the Sierras, sparse dark clouds in mid sky and the contrasting dark blue sky. The autonomous car company was snot testing the vehicles today. The rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, while Labrona and family were grazing by the fence near the basketball court. As the morning progressed, the sky brightened, the clouds turned to peach puff and analogous colors radiated out of the suns path: red, orange, yellow, light green, light blue and blue sky. The squirrels were still asleep after breakfast, so the inmates just left the food on the ground. As the sun rise over the Sierras, the reddish orange sphere illuminated the sky, turned the clouds peach color, provided depth to the outline of the Sierras and created a beautiful scene. Completed six miles walk at 7:40 AM, in 1 hour 14 minutes and 12 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 22 seconds per mile or 2 minutes and 4 seconds per lap. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the basketball court until 9:00 AM. The stretch and Yoga practice felt good after the morning walk. The private airport next to the camp were practicing low level helicopter maneuvers. It made a distinct helicopter noise. I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized our trip to Yosemite National Park, we saw the beautiful granite structures: El Capitan, Half Dome, Bridal Falls. Hike to Yosemite hotel, took the bus tour to various destinations in Yosemite, the air was very lean in the park. Went to vista point to view both the El Capitan and Half Dome on our way out of the park. Opened my eyes to the Blue sky with the full moon in mid sky. Called Doris at 8:40 AM: Doris is well and they are on their way to Atwater. ETA is 10:30 AM. Lunch was served at 9:30 AM. Luncheon menu: Tacos, carrots, rice, apple and water. Showered and changed to BOP uniform. Census count at 10:00 AM. Doris arrived at the visitation center at 10:30 AM: Doris is well and rested. CO Rowe was working visitation. We had Dr Pepper, chips, Hershey chocolate, butter finger bar, potatoes chips and water for snacks. She briefed me about her meeting with Probation Officer Salvador Tinoco during the home inspection. Tinoco asked Doris a lot of questions about who lives in the house, requested that we install a landline in the house and for her to dispose of the handgun. Sargent Rogers of Pinole Police came by the house to take custody of the handgun and informed Salvador Tinoco of the transfer of custody. They harvested a lot of Persimmons and figs. Doris lined the kitchen window with Persimmons and they tasted very sweet. I told Doris with the December 2, 2024 Half way house date eligibility, I hope to be in the half way house before X’Mas 2024, mainly because of procedural process. I hope to find out more from Mr Larsen when we meet next week. I told her I have more students in my GED tutoring classes. I will get a $100 bonus because Monteiro passed his GED.
