The dawn sky was beautiful with the spectacular sunrise, all that was painted by nature and I get to enjoy it most mornings. Stretched at the basketball court in the sunshine until 8:30 AM. Went through my regular stretch and concluded with the split stretch, I could feel my range of motion improving. Rolled my thighs and legs with a foam core roller, it sure helps to relieve the tightness and soreness in my legs. Felt great after the stretches. Had some donuts, nutty bar and an apple for snack. Exchanged 3 T-shirts and 3 pairs of socks for Eric. Showered at 9:20 AM. Checked and replied to Doris’s email. Lunch was served at 10:10 AM. Luncheon menu: hamburger, fries and an apple. Talked to Doris at 10:30 AM: Doris is well. She received an earthquake warning and went inside the house and there was a earthquake later a 4.4 magnitude earthquake at the Delta region. I told her I volunteer for to teach four more ACE classes. The Yong are well and arrived at the destinations safely. The dog are well. Diana is going to see her daughter and has to see a chiropractor about her back. Doris will walk in the house as the weather is getting cooler outside.
Checked with medical staff and they said that I am still on the waiting list for my hearing test. Went to the sewing room to sort out some BOP uniforms and practice my Spanish lessons. back to the unit at 2:50 PM. Dinner was served at 3:10 PM.
