The morning started out dark, cloudy, hazy, breezy and cool. The lower atmosphere was hazy with plumes of dark smoke, cloudy in the Eastern horizon and mid sky with the full moon headed westward. The beautiful dawn sky was on display with analogous colors peeking over the Sierras, full moon in the mid sky, dark gray clouds and dark blue sky. The autonomous car company was not testing their vehicles. The rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, while Labrona and family were grazing by the fence near the basketball court. As the morning progressed the sky brightened, the plumes of dark smoke turned to mauve color, clouds in the suns path turned peach color with golden edges and analogous colors peeking over the Sierras. The squirrels did not appear after breakfast as they normally do. But the inmates just left their food by the entry to the dormitory. As the sun rise over the Sierras, the reddish orange sphere illuminated the red haze, turned the clouds peach color an the outline of the Sierras. Completed walking six miles at 7:40 AM, in 1 hour 14 minutes and 6 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 21 seconds per mile or 2 minutes and 4 seconds per lap. Stretched, split stretched an practiced Yoga at the basketball court until 8:50 AM. The stretch and Yoga practice felt good after the walk and I was able to exercise all phases: Strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized our trip to Monument Valley. There were beautiful sandstone structures that rise out of the desert. Stopped by various vista points to take pictures. Went to the Indian Reservation that had a collection of monuments, those monuments were name after their likeness of people like talking sisters. Opened my eyes to the Blue sky with some sparse clouds. The squirrels appeared and were scurrying around eating their food. I did not get anything from the commissary as I did not need anything form the commissary. Talked to Doris at 9:10 AM: Doris is well and rested. She asked I was busy today.
