Completed 6 miles at 7:50 AM. Stretched at the basketball court until 8:20 AM. Time for 6 miles walk was 1 hour 17 minutes and 14 seconds. Felt good after the walk despite the soreness. The morning walk started out Dark but nice, the rabbits are getting used to me as some of them kept on grazing as I passed them, instead of scampering away. The dawn sky was beautiful, the analogous colored sky was above the Sierras and the color turned light before the sun rise. As the sun rose, the orange sphere was especially bigger than usual, it was a beautiful sight, which I try to enjoy every morning. The last couple of miles were at a faster pace as I tried to catch up on my time and as usual, I was sweating. Stretched at the basketball court in the sunlight. The stretch felt good for my aching muscles. Completed the split stretches and rolled my thighs and legs with a foam core roller. Completed my stretches at 8:30 AM.
