Finished 6 miles at 7:50 AM. Time for 6 miles walk was 1 hour 16 minutes and 37 seconds. Stretched at the basketball court until 8:30 AM. The walk started out dark and cool. I was the only one out on the trail, nice and peaceful except for the rabbits and frogs. the dawn sky was beautiful because of the effects of haze and smog. As the sun rise, the sun was a beautiful Orange sphere until it cleared the smog, that when it turn to bright Yellow sun. Average walk time was 12 minutes 47 seconds per mile (milla) or 2 minutes 8 seconds per lap (Vuelta). It was an okay pace as my legs were sore from the split stretch. Stretch at the basketball ball court in the sunlight was good albeit I was sore. Did the split stretch and rolled my thighs and legs with a foam core roller. Had some donuts, a banana and nutty bar for snacks after the stretch. Showered at 9:10 AM. Read and answered Doris email: Doris is feeling well and the kids cleaned the dog house and washed the blankets. They left at 2:00 PM. Lunch was served at 10:20 AM. Luncheon menu: pizza, salad, pasta, green beans and a banana.
Talked to Doris at 10:40 AM: Doris is well and she had a good night sleep. Diana’s back is hurting, I suggested that Doris take her to Road Runner sports to get her some custom orthotics (plush) and a pair of Hokas shoes. It should cost around $250 – $300 for the set up. But hopefully it will help her back. I told Doris that I would pay for it. She has to get the blankets out of the dryer and put it in the Dog house. Eric called and asked about me. The Dogs are well. I told her I had to hem some Jump suits for the penitentiary and do my Spanish lessons. Doris has an appointment with Dr Jasmine Lee at 1:00 PM. Hemmed 6 pairs of inmates Jumpsuits. Back to the unit at 3:00 PM. Census count at 3:30 PM. ACE Classes – Philosophy of Existentialism 4-4:30 PM, Art History 3 5-5:30 PM and Life of Muhammad 6-6:30 PM. managing your Diabetes 7-8 PM. Worked on my Spanish lessons between classes. We had examinations for Existentialism and Art History 3, I did well and passed both the examinations. Census count at 8:00 PM. Census count at 8:30 PM. Cleaned up at 9:00 PM. Final Census count at 9:30 PM. Went to bed at 10:00 PM.
Today was a good day: Doris is well and cheerful, she had a good night rest. She is going to see Dr Jasmine Lee today. The dogs are well. Walked 6 miles, practiced the Split stretched. Passed the ACE Class examinations. I am just grateful that Doris is feeling better with her Asthma, walking and her eyesight.
