Finished walking six miles at 8:05 AM. the walking time was 1 hour 14 minutes and 46 seconds. Stretched at the basketball court, practiced Yoga and split stretches until 9:35 PM. The morning walk started out dark but cool. The dawn sky was beautiful, then the Tooley fog rolled in reducing the visibility. The Sun rise was shielded by the fog, you can only see a light source not the usual orange sphere. As the sun raised into the sky it finally burn off the fog. Time for the walk, averaged 12 minutes 28 seconds or 2 minutes 5 seconds per lap. The final 2 miles were sub 12 minutes per mile as I made up time and was sweating. The stretch and split stretch was tough but good. The Yoga practice was great in the sunlight after the fog was burnt off. Went through most of my Yoga poses and finished with the corpse pose and opened my eyes to the bright blue sky. Lunch was served at 9:40 AM. Census count at 10:00 AM. Talked to Doris at 10:20 AM: Doris is well and the fids are still asleep. The dogs are well. They got hope in about two hours using Highway 4. They had dinner after they got home last night. I told Doris I was sore form the all the split stretches but my range of motion has improved. She will be working to price and pack up her inventory for the shows. I will be working on my Spanish lessons and ACE Classes later in the afternoon. Also AAPI will have a dinner for my Birthday celebration. Teriyaki chicken, rice and Pepsi. The dinner was very good and I overindulged. Reviewed some Spanish lessons. Census count at 3:30 PM.
