Finished walking at 7:40 AM. First four miles took 50 minutes 12 seconds and final two miles took 23 minutes 10 seconds. Average time for first 4 miles was 2 minutes 6 seconds per lap (Vuelta) and 12 minutes 33 seconds per mile (Milla). Final two miles was 11 minutes 59 seconds or 1 minute 59 seconds. The first four miles was at a warm up pace. The final two miles was at a faster pace as I was sweating in the cold weather. The morning started dark and cold and a slight wind gust. The sun rise was beautiful, as there were hardly ant clouds in the sky, and the haze gave it some pastel hue in the sky and the streaks of low clouds were brightly illuminated by the rising sun. The weather warmed up after the sun was out, Stretched at the basketball court until 8:30 AM. Did the stretching recommended by the book ” Even the stiffest people can do the split”. It is my challenge to do the split someday. Cleaned the computer room. Showered at 9:15 AM. Went to sewing room to repair some jackets and distributed a jacket to George Molina. Lunch was served at 10:15 AM. Luncheon menu: BBQ Chicken, macaroni and cheese, carrot and an apple. Talked to Doris at 10:25 AM: Doris is well and has not has an asthma attack for over two weeks. We hope her asthma is under control. The cleaners were at the house today. The trash cans were already out on the curd, Mava could not compressed all the yard cuttings into the trash cans, so will have to do it again next week. I told her I was reading ” Even the stiffest person can do the split in four weeks”. I told her it was my personal challenge, Karlee can still do the split. Quang called and asked Doris if she want to visit me, to let him know. Probably in a coupe weeks. She asked if I received Karlee’s email, she was ordering a couple of books for me. She asked if I received her birthday card, I told her have have not.
Went to the sewing room to do some reading. Checked with counselor Reyes about Patches visitation request, he said when he receives the application he would approve it. She did not have to be on my email contact list. Finished reading and wrote the book report for “Even the stiffest people can do the split.” This is a inspiration book that will build my confidence and the lessons learned from this book can be applied to my daily life, now and upon my release.
