The morning started out dark, cloudy, breezy, hazy and cool. The lower atmosphere was hazy and clouds over the Eastern horizon and in the mid sky. The beautiful dawn sky was on display with the beautiful analogous colors peeking over the Sierras, the clouds were grayish mauve color and the contrasting dark blue sky. The autonomous car company was not testing their vehicles today but their flood lights were on. The rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, while Labrona and family were grazing by the fence near the basketball court. As the morning progressed the clouds turned to peach, gold and yellow colors, while analogous colors radiated out of the suns path: red, orange, yellow, light green, light blue and blue sky, it was a beautiful display of colors in the sky. The squirrels appeared after breakfast scurrying around begging for food from the inmates. As the sunrise over the Sierras, the red sphere illuminated the Sierras creating depth amid the band of red haze and the peach, yellow colored clouds. Walked 6 miles by 7:40 AM, in 1 hour 14 minutes and 6 seconds. Average walking times were: 12 minutes and 6 seconds per mile or 2 minutes and 4 seconds per lap. Called Doris at 7:40 AM: Doris is well and rested. She wondered why I called so early. I told her I was going to the EBRR Trauma class and called her early. The weather in Pinole is nice and she will be in the backyard to: enjoy the weather, walk without her case, let the dogs out and enjoy the fruit trees. I was trying to schedule a meeting with Mr. Larsen later today. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga until 8:40 AM. The stretch and Yoga practice felt good after walking and I was able to exercise all phases: Strength, flexibility, balance nd breathing. Attended EBRR Class – Trauma 8:45 – 9:45 AM. Checked email from Doris: Doris is well and rested. She walked 8864 steps, 16.7 inches step length and symmetry was 79%. Yesterday was the 261st consecutive days she closed the ring on her iPhone. Diana is not coming over the house and she will stay home and work on her new designs for her Etsy pages. Counselor Reyes told me we’ll not have any new inmates today.
