The clouds gave it more character and depth, couple that with the haze it was sight with spectacular distribution of analogous colors, just like it was painted by nature. The first three miles was at a warm up pace, averaged 12 minutes 39 seconds per mile or 2 minutes 7 seconds per lap. I counted the laps in Spanish. Final three miles averaged 11 minutes 41 seconds per mile or 1 minutes 57 seconds per lap. The final three miles was at a good pace. Yoga practice was nice, went through most of my poses. Meditate while visualizing the spectacular sun rise and woke up from my corpse pose to a sky full of cumulus clouds. What a way to start the Monday morning. Census count at 10:00 AM. Lunch was served after the count. Luncheon menu: 2 hot dogs, fries and banana. Talked to Doris at 10:30 AM: Doris is well, she likes my class report on Walking with EASE. She read it three times and will use it for her work out. Patches messed up the application for visitation form. I asked Doris to get a copy of her passport, fill out the form and submit it for her. Mava was at the house, her phone was not working. Doris will work in her room to make more Christmas inventory. Doris is walking faster 1.3-1.4 mile per hour and is averaging 4500 – 5000 steps per day. I told her based on her height that she needs at least 1500 -2000 calories per day other wise she could have hypoglycemic and feel weak, low blood pressure and fainting spell. I told her to have a toast in the afternoon to tie her through until dinner. I told her I will be working on my Spanish and book reports. She is looking forward to my Diabetes report, I told her I already sent it on 9/14/2023.
