The morning started out dark, hazy, breezy and cool. The lower atmosphere was hazy with plumes of dark smoke in the East, West and Southern horizons. The beautiful dawn sky was on display with analogous colors peeking over the Sierras, band of reddish orange from the haze and mauve colored plumes of smoke with the contrasting blue sky. The autonomous vehicle company was testing a big semi trailer on the tracks. The rabbits were grazing on the soccer and baseball fields, while Labrona and family were grazing by the fence near the basketball court. As the morning progressed, the sky brightened and analogous colors were radiating out of the suns path: red, orange, yellow, light green, light blue and blue sky. The squirrels appeared after breakfast and were scurrying around begging for food from the inmates. As the sun rise over the Sierras, the reddish sphere illuminated the outline of the Sierras with the band of haze and plumes of mauve colored smoke, it was a spectacular and picturesque sun rise. Walked 5 miles and ran the final mile. Completed 6 miles at 7:40 AM, ran the final mile in eight minutes and 26 seconds. Finished washing and drying my blankets and sheets. Stretched, split stretched and practiced Yoga at the basketball court from 8:00 – 9:00 AM. The Yoga practice felt good after walking and running. I was able to exercise all phases: strength, flexibility, balance and breathing. Finished my Yoga practice with the corpse pose and visualized the beautiful dawn sky and the spectacular sun rise, also the beautiful sunset and the dusk sky from last night. they released two inmates from the SHU to the camp. They were assigned bunks #47U and 56U. I processed them and gave them their uniforms, but shorted them on T-shirts and socks. Went to warehouse to secure additional inventory. John Liu delivered the merchandise to the sewing room: distributed the shorted items to the inmates, altered pants and shirts for Jesus Torres, altered pants for Severiano, sewed pillow for #66 U, sewed pillow case for #67U.
