Finished walking 6 miles at 8:20 AM. I could not time my speed as the watch was broken. The dawn sky was dominated by the full moon on the Western Horizon. The moon was especially big and bright, Mid Autumn moon cake festival. As the sun rose in the East, the Moon disappeared in the Western horizon. The sun rise was beautiful and spectacular. The track was quiet because of the cold weather. It was cold, crisp and the air was clean. Stretched at the basketball court. But was interrupted by a special sewing request for CO Gunn. So no Yoga this morning. Showered at 9:30 AM. Went to the library to check out some Spanish Videos, but only found some Spanish Audio CD’s. Lunch was served at 10:10 AM> Luncheon menu: Fried fish sandwich, pudding and carrots. I forgot to call Doris after Lunch as I went to the sewing room to start sewing for CO Gunn project. Sewed Velcro around the tent holder, so parts will not slip out. Repaired a pair of sweats for Nick. Repaired several ripped pants. Repaired Jacket for Manuel. Customized two pairs of pants for Richardo. It was a busy afternoon of sewing. Finally got everything done at 3:00 PM. Dinner was served at 3:20 PM. Dinner menu: chicken fried rice and green beans and bread. I supplemented the dinner with a packet of mackerel. Tried calling Doris at 3:30 PM but BOP policy will not allow calls from 3:30-4:00 PM. Delivered Jacket to Manuel. Delivered Pants to Richardo and delivered sweats to Nick. David Crisp provided the list of inmates enrolled in the History of Art 1 class.
